Dr. Lee is a native San Franciscan. She completed her undergraduate degree at Amherst College, then spent 2 years as a clinical researcher and as an Americorps volunteer in community health.

She went on to study medicine at the University of California, San Diego, and completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston.

She joined Peninsula Hospitalists Associates in 2013.
